The paper MasterChef România: an ethnoterminological approach of the gastronomic field, advances a new angle for reflection on the study of gastronomic language and sets out an in vivo and in situ analysis of gastronomic terminology by means of a well-defined oral corpus consisting of terms and phraseological units provided by the MasterChef Romania cooking competition, as well as its interference with common language or other specialized vocabularies.
