La consommation<br \/>\noccupe, certainement, une grande partie de notre vie et les marques ont envahi tous<br \/>\nles secteurs: le cin\u00e9ma, l&#8217;architecture, la musique, la mode, les dessins anim\u00e9s, les<br \/>\nespaces urbains.<br \/>\nLes produits ainsi marqu\u00e9s sont introduits dans l&#8217;\u00e9ducation d\u00e8s le plus jeune, \u00e0<br \/>\npartir de l\u2019\u00e9cole maternelle, puis les s\u00e9niors, du fait de leur pouvoir d\u2019achat, sont<br \/>\ndevenus une cible privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e, on voit ainsi que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de consommation a capt\u00e9<br \/>\ntoutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<br \/>\nL\u2019orientation actuelle, celui ,,de sp\u00e9cialisation\u201d, doit ainsi \u00eatre repens\u00e9e. Si nous<br \/>\nessayons de mettre une fronti\u00e8re nette entre les disciplines, nous n\u2019allons pas<br \/>\nsuffisamment progresser dans l\u2019analyse. La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 scientifique peut \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e<br \/>\ndans la zone de confluence de plusieurs domaines de la connaissance, en int\u00e9grant<br \/>\nles comportements des consommateurs du monde entier avec un effort de<br \/>\ncompr\u00e9hension du monde global, ,,agglom\u00e9r\u00e9\u201d et ,,bruyant\u201d.<br \/>\nComme bien d\u2019autres disciplines, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie a \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment influenc\u00e9e par les<br \/>\nnouvelles d\u00e9couvertes autour du fonctionnement du cerveau. En cons\u00e9quence, les<br \/>\n\u00e9motions sont devenues le point central de nouvelles pratiques dans l&#8217;\u00e9conomie<br \/>\ncomportementale.<br \/>\nL&#8217;offre attendue n&#8217;est plus n\u00e9cessairement commerciale, elle peut \u00eatre informative,<br \/>\nludique ou culturelle. Ainsi, les commerciaux doivent maintenant s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0<br \/>\ndeux dimensions: la dimension commerciale et la dimension relationnelle. Les<br \/>\nclients continueront \u00e0 devenir de plus en plus exigeants et chercheront de plus en<br \/>\nplus, non seulement des produits et services, mais des solutions \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes<br \/>\ndans leur vie personnelle.<br \/>\nLa fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur des processus et ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes \u00e9conomiques, qui sont<br \/>\nd\u00e9crits dans le chapitres suivants, se r\u00e9f\u00e8re aux concepts pr\u00e9sents dans diff\u00e9rents<br \/>\ndomaines comme le commerce, l&#8217;offre et la demande de marchandises, le co\u00fbt<br \/>\nd&#8217;opportunit\u00e9, les effets marginaux, la nature et importance des prix dans l&#8217;activit\u00e9<br \/>\ncommerciale, la distribution de marchandises, le stockage, le marchandisage, la<br \/>\npromotion commerciale, la force de vente, l&#8217;\u00e9thique et la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale,<br \/>\npour expliquer de fa\u00e7on raisonnable, autant que possible, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements<br \/>\nquotidiens qui nous entourent.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9flexions de ce travail, r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par le professeur Flaviu Meghi\u015fan, repr\u00e9sente<br \/>\nun outil tr\u00e8s utile dans la formation des nouveaux \u00e9conomistes, mais aussi une<br \/>\n\u00e9chelle de valeurs pour une meilleure compr\u00e9hension d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels, sociaux<br \/>\net \u00e9thiques de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de consommation.
