This book comes in support of those who want to improve their knowledge about the game of football. I tried to collect bibliographic notes from specialists in the field, which would help to better understand certain definitions, characteristics, elements and technical procedures, tactical actions, phases and forms, game systems, etc ..

I think it is necessary and useful for students, coaches, instructors and even for those who are passionate, so that they understand the theoretical part of this wonderful game. There is a transition from theory to practice, which made me introduce certain exercises for learning technical procedures, collected from specialized books. There are also images with each procedure that is described. The technique is the basis on which the football game has developed and perfected, it is important through its economism and affection. It is a basic rule in the preparation of children and juniors, that of ensuring first of all the physical and psychomotor availability necessary to master the technique, which, in turn, require a large number of repetitions. Failure to develop an effort level at an appropriate level leads to the acquisition of a defective technique, with irreversible effects.

In the game of football, the technique primarily influences the solution of tactical game situations, in conditions of adversity with energy savings. The level of technical training of a player depends largely on his initial level, his motor experience and last but not least on the methodical measures taken by the coach.

In tactics there are several parts of theoretical training, embodied in principles, notions, ideas and rules, as well as practical actions in the form of exercises and practical actions proper. It is recommended to study these elements, which designate the fundamental behaviors of tactical training.
