The work thus aims to continue and deepen the series of concerns of the specialists, who scientifically approached the preparation and game process. We tried to develop the issue of the content of the players' training according to the data provided by the competitive game, having as a reference the current state of international football, the experience of Romanian and foreign coaches and their models, as well as the vision of the Romanian Football Federation regarding the competitiveness of our teams.
The competitive activity and the social implications of the football phenomenon generate different ways of attitude on the part of the management system, the coaches and the players, whose performance depends on the level of interest that society and the public show towards the team.
