The following material is designed for both 1st and 2nd year students of Geography and Geography of Tourism, at Faculty of Sciences, University of Craiova. The need for this type of learning has emerged from our personal teaching experience at this faculty and the lack of specific learning material for this target group of students. 

The  course introduces basic Geography topics and connects them with some points of English grammar ( the noun, the adjective, articles, tenses, etc). It consists of 6 parts which should sufficiently  cover 14-week semester.      

We would also like to indicate  that this course book is meant to be only a starting point for hepefully a larger and more precise course book in the future. Also, we recommend using complimentary material for the grammar part.
